After-Sales Service
Our Customer Service does not stop after the completion of project implementation. We do our best to have good relationships with our Clients: we hold meetings summarizing a project, we offer services of our Service Department, we conduct an external opinion survey about the project implementation process and we maintain regular contacts with the Clients. Moreover, we provide our Clients with information on maintenance of systems built by us.
We often perform additional orders relating to the expansion or modification or modernization of a process. Our range of services also includes technical consulting and project management services.
