PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
development and implementation of the bar code inspection system for battery production lines
RESULTS:
- installation of scanners in each production line which scan all bar codes on-line
- implementation and testing of the system for many blister packs
- setup of the bar code compatibility system so that it checks the compatibility between bar codes and products specified by the operator at the beginning of the production cycle; in case bar codes and products are incompatible the system stops production line or reject faulty blister packs
