PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
raw material collection systems, storage and transport to the furnace – Charging Plant; performance for one client at three production factories: Poland, United Kingdom, Canada ; requirement of individual approach to the work performance
RESULTS:
- application of large-size LED displays in order to display filling percentage of individual aggregate silos with the name of currently stored material
- the application of the mobile conveyor for selecting currently filled silo
- aggregate silo with weighing conveyors (raw material feeding)
- collection conveyor and transport to the furnace
- furnace with aggregate level signalling (radiometric measurement method)

- development of visualization and monitoring system for installation in question and integration with the existing operator station
- development of software application
- desing supervision over the installation
