Feel Invited to Another Seminar Organized by the PMI Branch in Poznań

As previously training is free of charge. The first part with a presentation of Wojciech Dymowski will be devoted to the topic ‘Management of communication in the process of project implementation - client first!’

  • what the PM in the project is really for,
  • stakeholders: identification and understanding,
  • external client and its role in the project,
  • communication according to PMBOK,
  • between a rock and a hard place, that is how to perfectly support the client and not to compromise relations with the project team.

The second part in the form of Open Space training will be devoted to topics suggested by participants. Persons willing to conduct training and suggest its topic are invited to mail directly to rafal.sowinski@pmi.org.pl, or to apply via a form at uczestnicy.pl.

The preliminary topics are as follows:

1. What PMBook lacks - discussion,

2. Trivial causes, serious consequences. Exchange of experience on matters which were not thought by anyone.

3. Identification of a person/matter which held up the project. That is how the schemer was detected in the project.

4. Team motivation. How to make that team work as hard as in the last week before the deadline just from the beginning of the project. To what extent is it possible?

5. My business credo. Exchange of ideas (of all members of Open Space group) supporting us at work. How did you develop it/them or how/when it/they supports/support you.

6. How did you outwit a client that you managed to do successfully what should fail - exclusively experienced examples.

7. Experiences of work as a member of a multicultural team. What is important and you did not know about at the beginning.

8. Cooperation within a team, relieving the tension, how to prevent a conflict.

As always the seminar will be held on the last Thursday of the month i.e. November 24th, 2011, at 6 p.m. in the building of the Instytut Logistyki i Magazynowania at ul. Estkowskiego 6 in Poznaniu.

PM CLUB meeting will take place after the completion of the seminar.

We invite everyone to backstage discussions and to a nearby cafe for fine refreshments.

The participation in the seminar and the meeting of PM CLUB is free of charge. Only registration at www.uczestnicy.pl is required.
