New Siemens Operator Panels: SIMATIC HMI Comfort Panels
Please be advised that from April 1st, 2011 Siemens introduced new SIMATIC HMI Comfort Panels - a new generation of units for demanding HMI tasks.
The panels are available with displays in various sizes: bright, high resolution, widescreen from 4" to 12", with touchscreen or membrane keyboard - owing to this they may be used for any application.
One of many innovations compared with existing SIMATIC panels is the centralized shutdown of the display unit via PROFIenergy. The new line of panels may be configured with the SIMATIC WinCC V11 tool working under Totally Integrated Automation Portal environment.
iPS Control is already prepared to the integration of systems based on the Siemens panels in question. We will be happy to help with new implementation projects. Below the picture you can find detailed information on this Siemens solution.
