We Broaden Our Knowledge: Next PMI Seminar ...

On behalf of the PMI Poznań we invite you to participate in the next PMI seminar, that will already be held this week - on the last Thursday of the month - April 26th, 2011, at 6 p.m. in the building of the Instytut Logistyki i Magazynowania at ul. Estkowskiego 6 in Poznaniu. The participation is free of charge.

Speakers:

Rafał Rohde - ProgmatlQ

The speaker, as a member of a legal team specialized in tax consulting and widely understood restructuring processes of commercial law partnerships, is going to talk about restructuring projects.

Michał Kunze - BCC

Michał Kunze is a Head of BCC Design Office - of a competence center for SAP project management. Poznań University of Economics graduate. He has worked on SAP implementation since 1996 for IBM in the United Kingdom, and for BCC since 2001. He was a consultant at the beginning of his career in the SAP environment and then he managed many SAP projects including those for Polkomtel, Wolters Kluwer, Żywiec Group, Nokia, and Heineken.

The speaker’s presentation will try to answer the following questions:

• What changes in an organization can he influence?
• What change management and ... an elephant have in common? :)
• How to facilitate organizational changes?
